You usually only get one growth from each stem, but they may germinate again, but the quality is lower than the first one, so it is much better to start to grow new stems just after you harvest the plants.

When the roots have reached several inches long, move them in a shallow container and let them continue to grow. You can harvest them when the sooths are green, leaving about 1 inch of the stems letting them grow back.

 

Tomato

Tomatoes are tropical plants. Tomatoes are very likely to grow too large. The tomato seeds germinate in a short time. After the seeds are planted, then they will grow to reach as high as 3 to 4 inches, and then they can be moved into a permanent pot and make sure they have full sunlight at least 10 hours per day.
